Application
Required to support energy metabolism and amino acid synthesis in cultured cells. Present in many classical and serum-free formulations.
性状：盐酸硫胺素（维生素B1盐酸盐 59-43-8）为白色针状结晶粉末，有微弱的类似米糠的气味，味苦，无水干燥品在空气中迅速吸收水分（4%）。熔点246～250℃。对热稳定（170℃），易溶于水，微熔于乙醇。不溶于苯和乙醚。在室温下，亚硫酸盐可使本品分解为嘧啶和噻唑。氰化高铁，如高铁氰化钾可将其氧化成具有蓝色荧光的脱氢硫胺素即硫色素，据此可判定硫胺素的含量。
