简介： 本品为氨基糖苷类抗生素，为中国农业部2000年批准的国家二类兽药，是一种动物专用抗生素。
药理作用：对多种革兰氏阴性菌（大肠杆菌、假单孢菌、沙门氏菌、克雷伯氏菌、变形杆菌、巴斯德氏菌、猪痢疾密螺旋体、支气管炎博德特菌）及葡萄球菌和支原体均具有杀菌活性。系与敏感菌核糖体30s亚基结合而抑制细菌的蛋白质合成。经多种细菌试验，对本品敏感者达99%，而新霉素与链霉素分别为93%和48%。盐酸吡哆醛能加强本品的抗菌活性。
物理性状：本品为微黄色或黄褐色粉末，有引湿性。在水中易溶，在甲醇、丙酮、氯仿或乙醚中几乎不溶。
储存条件：2-8摄氏度，避光防潮密闭干燥。
注意：我司产品为非无菌包装，若用于细胞培养，请提前做预处理，除去热原细菌，否则会导致染菌。
