Inhibitor of tyrosine protein kinase; competitive inhibitor of ATP in other protein kinase reactions. Antiangiogenic agent, down-regulates the transcription of genes involved in controlling angiogenesis.

大豆异黄酮是大豆生长中形成的一类次生代谢产物。大豆中天然存在的异黄酮总共有12种，可以分为3类，即黄豆苷类(Daidzin groups)、染料木苷类(Genistin groups)、黄豆黄素苷类(Glycitin groups)，每类以游离型（苷元）、葡萄糖苷型、乙酰基葡萄糖苷型、丙二酰基葡萄糖苷型等4种形式存在。各种大豆中异黄酮含量约为1200～4216µg/g，以异黄酮葡萄糖苷和丙二酰基异黄酮葡萄糖苷为主要形式，共占异黄酮总量的95﹪～98﹪；而游离型异黄酮（苷元）的含量很低。
